In case you've selected Develop and sell apps when signing up your company, you can submit applications to the Azena Application Store. This is done via the Azena Developer Console. You can find additional information in the Distribute your app document.
You can verify your access to the Developer Console by checking the permissions of your user account on the Teams page in the User Management Portal. Just click the 3-dots menu on the right end of your user record and select Edit permissions:
You should see All users have full access. under Developer and sell apps:
New App
To submit a new application, just go to the Apps page in the Developer Console.
If this is your first application, you can click the Add a new app button:
If you've already submitted applications in the past, you can click the New Application button above the list:
App Name
The first step is to enter the name of your application:
Store Listing
Next will be the Store listing dialog where you can provide additional details (those marked with an * are mandatory) about your application. All of those details can be updated at a later stage, even after your application has been submitted:

Once all mandatory information has been provided you can click Save Draft bottom-left to process with the next step.
APK
On the APK page, you can upload your application once you've confirmed your Export Control compliance. Click Browse Files or simply drag your APK onto this page:
Please note that the maximum APK size currently supported is 500MB. While the APK is being uploaded you will see a progress bar showing you the percentage completed:
Once the upload has completed you can specify a Changelog note and you will also see some details read from the APK Manifest. Your Changelog input will appear in the Application Store display for your application.
Clicking the Create Version button bottom-left will complete this step and you will see a confirmation:
Please note: You can't submit the same APK multiple times and you can't submit an updated APK while an earlier version is still in the approval process.
Pricing
The options on the Pricing page dependent on your setup. If you haven't added a payout account to your profile you can't set a price for your application and you can only offer a 30 days free trial for selected countries.
Without payout account
Without a payout account, you can only offer your application as a free 30 days trial download.
With payout account
In case you've already set up your payout account, you can specify the One-time purchase price (the currency depends on your country). Additionally, you can add a Volume discount for this application. You can specify that if a buyer will purchase a certain amount of licenses then you will offer them a corresponding discount. There can be various levels of discounts. In addition, you can specify the 12 months subscription price for this application. The subscription will be billed for 12 months starting with the date of the order placement and gets auto-renewed.
Please note: Subscriptions are currently only available in countries, that allow SEPA payments.
Availability
In this section, you can select how the app should be offered.
- Public: offer your app in selected countries
- Private: offer your app to selected companies
- Unpublish: do not show your App in Application Store
You can of course also specify in which countries your application should be available for purchasing.
Scroll down to the end of the list of countries and you will find the "New Countries" entry. This will automatically add new countries as soon as they are available.
If you select "private" you can add company through its company GUID which you have to know in advance.
Publish app
Once all mandatory information has been provided and you've clicked on Save Draft the Publish App button top-right can be clicked to submit the application for approval to Azena:
You will then get a confirmation message and the application status will change to In approval on the Apps page:
Once the approval process has finished the status will change to Published:
Availability in the Application Store
Once the application upload has been approved by Azena, the application will appear in the Application Store:
A click on the tile for the application will then reveal its details and present the Trial, Subscription, and Purchase button to the buyers on the page:
