Please note: In order to login to the Azena Device Management Portal you need to use DMT version 2.27.0 or later
Starting with Device Management Tool (DMT) 2.26.0 (see tools download) the logs can be gathered directly form within the tool:
Click the 
button top right and then the Download Tool Log button.
The events logged by DMT can also be found in the following folders (depending on the OS on which the DMT is ran):
- on Linux: ~/.config/Azena Device Management Tool/logs/
- on macOS: ~/Library/Logs/Azena Device Management Tool/
- on Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Azena Device Management Tool\logs\
