Azena does not store data, therefore the main GDPR responsibility lies with Azena partners. All Azena partners are responsible for compliance with data protection requirements. This applies in particular to the lawfulness of the data processing, compliance with the provisions of Art. 28 EU-GDPR and the fulfillment of the duty to inform the data subjects.
