The Azena platform allows you to manage the users associated to your account on your own. You can add users, update their roles and delete them as needed.
User overview
Start by navigating to the Team tab on the left hand side once you've logged into the User Management Portal:
On this page you will see an user overview.
- Invitations
- Pending registrations that are currently waiting to be accepted by the user
- Users
- Details about already associated users
- Name
- Email address
- The date when this user has been added to your account
- Their permissions
- The 3-dots menu at the right end of each row allows you to
- Edit the user permissions
- Delete a user
- Details about already associated users
This is also where you can invite new users to your account. Please remember that any given email address can only be associated to one company on the Azena ecosystem.
