Model FPS and Inference time testing using TFlite example application

The below testing was done using our TFlite example application model. Do note that the FPS times include any other overhead from the example application.

CPU/GPU/Hexagon is related to the TFlite delegate that is used for the testing. Our current recommendation is to use this delegate system because we have seen the most substantial internal results.
