Is your GSC provisioned with Integrator’s ToolKit from Azena?
- Open Genetec ServerAdmin. (Start > Genetec Security Center x.yz > ServerAdmin)
- Login with Admin credentials.
- You will be presented with a screen that shows the license details.
- Copy the System ID. This might come in handy later.
- Select Details and then select Purchase order. Is there an entry called GSC-1SDK-AZENA-TOOLKIT under the column Part #?
- If you see the entry GSC-1SDK-AZENA-TOOLKIT, then you are all set! You can skip the remainder of this document.
- If you do not see the entry GSC-1SDK-AZENA-TOOLKIT, then continue with the remainder of this document.
Request to provision GSC with Integrator’s ToolKit from Azena
We, at Azena, were able to successfully provision our GSC with Integrator’s ToolKit by following the below steps. However, there might be other avenues/mechanisms to achieve the same. Please do note that provisioning GSC with Integrator’s ToolKit might not be free of cost.
- (Optional, but highly recommended) Obtain the license file (usually in .pdf format) for the System ID that you copied earlier.
- Create an account on Genetec Technology Partner's Helpdesk portal. If you are unable to create an account with Genetec Partner's Helpdesk, please reach out to your point of contact at Genetec.
- Create a support request with the subject "Add part number GSC-1SDK-AZENA-TOOLKIT to license ".

If available, attach the license file from step 1.
Hi, Could you please help add part number **GSC-1SDK-AZENA-TOOLKIT** to our license **<SYSTEM ID HERE>**? Attached is the PDF for the license (<SYSTEM ID HERE>.pdf). Thanks, <YOUR NAME>
- After Genetec responds that the requested part number has been added to the license, continue with the next section to re-activate the license.
Re-activate the license
- Open Genetec ServerAdmin. (Start > Genetec Security Center x.yz > ServerAdmin)
- Login with Admin credentials.
- Select the License tab and then select Modify.
- Enter the credentials as provided in the license file. If you do not have the license file, please create a support request for Genetec.
- Select Activate.
- Using the steps outlined in an earlier section, ensure that the part number GSC-1SDK-AZENA-TOOLKIT has indeed been added to the license.
